the circular connectors are clamp-type fast plug-and-unlock circular connectors.
This kind of fast plug-and-unlock mechanism of circular connectors mainly
consists of two parts: one is the screw sleeve with pins on the plug, the other
is the spiral groove corresponding to the pins on the socket shell. When plugs
and sockets are plugged, the sleeve needs to be rotated. The plugs and sockets
are plugged and locked by sliding pins in the spiral groove of the socket
shell. The shortcomings of this fast insertion and locking mechanism are:
firstly, it is difficult to process and detect the spiral groove on the socket
shell; secondly, when the screw sleeve is screwed, it is necessary to drive the
plug forward to move and socket to insert. The friction between the pin and the
spiral groove is large, and screw sleeve is difficult to screw. Under the
limited assembly space, the connection between the plug and socket is very
difficult.
