Engineering equipment and equipment shall meet the following requirements:
1. For the mobilization of equipment and materials, table a.0.1-1 in Appendix A of this specification or the equipment and material mobilization inspection form provided by the supervision unit shall be filled in. The materials shall be counted and classified according to the construction equipment and material list.
2. During the open box inspection, the name, model, specification, quantity and place of origin of the equipment shall meet the design requirements, the appearance shall be intact, the technical data and accessories shall be complete, and the factory certificate shall be provided.
3. The function and performance of the equipment shall be checked by power on, and the test shall be carried out according to the corresponding current national product standards; if there is no national standard, it shall be carried out according to the contract provisions or design requirements; for the equipment without on-site inspection conditions, the factory test or the organization with inspection ability can be required to test, and the test report shall be issued.
4. The quality inspection contents of hardware equipment and materials shall include safety, reliability and electromagnetic compatibility.
5. The quality of software products shall be inspected according to the following contents:
1) For commercial software such as operating system, database management system, application system software, information security software and network management software, the use license and scope of use shall be checked.
2) The user application software, user configuration software and other application software compiled by the system Contractor shall not only carry out function test and system test, but also carry out capacity, reliability, safety, recoverability, compatibility, self diagnosis and other function tests as required. The software data such as program structure description, installation and debugging instructions, use and maintenance instructions shall be complete.
6 in addition to the provisions of article 1-5, the imported products shall also provide the certificate of origin and commodity inspection certificate; the product qualification certificate, inspection report, installation, use and maintenance instructions and other documents shall be in Chinese or attached with Chinese translation.
