Most solar modules
are now manufactured with multi-contact cable connectors (mc connectors for
short), which makes a series of connections easier. If you have the right
product, it's easy to parallelize solar modules. The MC connector provides a
connection between the solar module and the comber and the channel box. The
appropriate length of your MC connector is about twice the distance between the
solar array and the assembly box. Simply insert the MC connector into the lead
of the solar module, cut the connector in half, and then run the bare end of
the connector to the Combiner box. Don't cut off the MC wire of your solar
panel! This may invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.waterproof circular connectors
