Flexible printed

high heat resistance, good dimensional stability, and the final product is made
by pressing the covering film with both mechanical protection and good
electrical insulation. Polyimide resin is a kind of heat-resistant resin with
five negative rings of imide, which is represented by polyphenylenetetraacid
produced by the reaction of oxygen-containing layer group and anhydrous
phenylenetetraacid. The conductors used in flexible printed circuit boards are
thin foil copper, which is called copper foil. Its manufacturing methods can be
divided into electrolytic copper foil and calendered copper foil, in which
calendered copper foil is the mainstream. In addition, the surface and inner
conductors of double-sided and multi-layer printed circuit boards are
metallized to realize the electrical connection between the inner and outer
