If the display is fixed to the vehicle, the requirements shall be observed from the last point of the independent eye ellipse. If the position of the display is adjustable, the display can be adjusted to find a position in which all relevant requirements are complied with at the same time. For direct sunlight conditions, the contrast requirement (see 4.3.2) can only be achieved in the direction of the critical specular reflection (CSL) (see Figure 1). M23 connector
