Plug Material Should Choose Environmental Protection Material
The
reflow welding technology is used for electrical connectors. The temperature of
this welding technology is higher than that of fluctuating welding, which means
that the material of electrical connectors needs to be able to resist
significantly higher temperature. Usually, the heating deformation temperature
of general materials is higher than 250 C. In order to meet the reflow welding
technology, PA6 and PBT can not meet the requirement that the heating
deformation temperature of materials is higher than 250 C, so they need to be
replaced by high temperature resistant materials. This is the case.
