The conductor seal includes free end

conductor seal. For fluoroplastics wire, in order to make the wire bond firmly,
it is necessary to spray sand on the bonding part of the wire to make its
surface rough, and then use strong oxidizing agent to corrode the wire. The
corrosion process causes the molecule reaction on the wire surface to form a
free radical carbon-containing film. The carbon-containing film reacts with the
sealing binder to form a real chemical bond.
When welding wires and contacts, the area of
solder joints should be small and even with the surface of contacts. On the one
hand, the large area of solder joints can avoid destroying the surface coating
of contacts, on the other hand, the tip discharge caused by the protrusion or
depression of solder joints can be avoided, and the "air pump" can
easily be formed by gas adsorption during molding.
