5.1.4.3 vibration level
The tested parts need to be tested
according to the following classification according to their installation
position and environment;
V1: vibration diagram of parts installed in
elastic parts of locomotive and not connected with engine shall meet vibration
requirements according to 5.4.6.3e
5.4.6.4.
V2: the vibration diagram of the parts
connected to the engine is shown in 5.4.6.3d, and the requirements shall meet
5.4.6.4.
V3: the vibration diagram of parts
installed in severe vibration parts shall be in accordance with 5.8.2.3b and
5.8.2.3c, and the vibration requirements shall meet 5.4.6.4

Grade application type
V1 is mounted on elastic components that
are not connected to the engine
V2 is installed on the components connected
to the engine
V3 components installed in severe vibration
environment
